The hotel was newly renovated so it was fairly good. The gym has much better facility and the cafe serves decent food. Price was very high but I don't have much options since I don't have a car. Paying a yogurt parfait for $10 is a ripped off!
As a Diamond member with another brand, I’ve stayed at hotels throughout the country. My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Springfield is a perfect example of why I have loyalty for the brand. The staff are top notch and incredibly professional. They greeted me with a smile and made me immediately feel welcome. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Other chains may skimp on room comfort and quietness, but not this Courtyard. Definitely my go to place for future business trips to Springfield and leading to my switching my national travel arrangements to Marriott.
I have never experienced better customer service in my life!! Lauren helped get my engagement ring, which I accidentally left in my room, to the airport for me and I was still able to make my flight on time. I am so grateful to have had someone go so above and beyond for me. Huge shout out to both her and the shuttle driver this morning! I will always be a loyal Marriott customer!
Excellent hotel very clean friendly staff i especially love Carrie she has a wonderful attitude and it's great to see her smiling all the time. I like Charles as well he has been wonderful. To have a person like Kiki at the front desk and to have as the first interaction was pleasant. She was kind, funny and easy to work with during check in. She was fast and efficient in a time when I just want to get to my room and rest. Food situation isn't ideal but whatever. I would have like some sort of free breakfast even if its just breads, cereal and juice. I dont have time to sit and order from a restaurant when I have business to tend to.
Great property, the renovations are nice and bring it back up to par. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lots has a ton of odd QR codes prompting for parking payment. I didn't recall seeing that in the pricing at the time of booking and the desk never mentioned it so I didn't pay or scan it
Very nice hotel not far from the airport. Shuttles run to the airport. Room was quiet, clean and comfy. There is no free breakfast. There is a small Starbucks in the lobby.
The check in process was easy through the bonvoy app. When I arrived at the hotel the staff was attentive & made sure to ask if I needed anything else before I went to my room. The bistro staff were great & made sure that my coffee was made correctly. The room was spacious, clean & I enjoyed having a balcony. I would highly recommend staying here.
